You may cancel your order at any time before it has been prepared for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
